We don’t offer full duct cleaning. We focus on essential services: filter replacement, return vent check/cleaning, and smoke alarm battery replacement. These tasks help maintain air quality and reduce common HVAC-system issues.
Yes, we provide dryer vent cleaning as an add-on service. A clogged dryer vent is a leading fire risk, and regular cleaning helps your dryer run safely and efficiently.
We replace smoke alarm batteries as part of each visit — but only in alarms under 10 years old. If your smoke detectors are older, we’ll let you know they should be fully replaced for safety.
Subscriptions are billed monthly but delivered in cycles. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. Services already performed will not be refunded.

Subscriptions are billed monthly but delivered in cycles. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable once service is performed.
